This is a side shot from Ryan's camera at HIN last weekend. I'll take some next week.

Looks great Pam. Makes your Z look quite stealth with the darker coloured lens.

I've got to plead ignorance on this one, Pam. I can't see any overlays. So, let's play the next round of "Where are Pam's overlays?"

They look sort of a slightly darker than stock smoky colour. Or am I seeing things?!

The OEM headlights have a metallic look to them:

The overlays add a nice tint, "barely there" is how I describe it:

Cell phone pics.

When you put the two pics side-by-side (comparo), you can definitely tell. Looks good! Nice and stealthy. Without the before pic, I was with JGURU and thinking "Where are Pam's overlays?"...

Do you have smokey overlays for your tail light lenses?

How "thick" are the headlight overlays? Would they protect against stone-hits (or doubtful, too thin)? For the track, I have (clear) thick 3M headlight overlays/protectors, but one didn't get installed right and you can see a couple creases (gnaws at me). Just curious.

Pam, have you noticed any reduction in light output with the overlays on? I have ben pontificating doing the same to my car but don't want to lose any lumens. What are your thoughts?

Thanks!! I thought the look complimented the gunmetal rims and made my Z look like she had shades on.

I did not get any overlays for my tail lights. I like them bright red. The overlays aren't that thick. If a really large object hit my light with enough force it may put a chip in the overlay. There are some bubbles in my lens covers too, small but there.

No noticeable reduction in light. I've driven a few times at night and can't tell that anything changed. I'd say go for it. You can always peel them off if you don't like them. Contact Blue Batmobile on here. He has a gallery and can answer your questions.

Preview of my 19" Rota Spectrums and replica Nismo front bumper from M1Autosport. I still need to add my side skirts and rear add-ons.

Travic, how is the fitment of the CF hood; specifically, near the headlights and the first couple inches above the headlights along the fender-line? Is it a Seibon CF hood? I was thinking of getting a CF hood, but the one I was looking at fitment along those contour lines in those areas was crap so I decided to still rock the stock.

Also, I have been thinking about getting smokey overlays for the tail/brake lights; can you post a closer-up three-quarter rear shot and one from behind so I can get a better idea of how it looks on our LMS Z's? Thx!...

donut_ballZ, is that a flat or mat black you have on your NISMO V2 (rep) front bumper (splitter & canards)? I like it. I was thinking of doing that for my V2 front bumper, but the shop that was prepping and painting the bumper for me first hit it all with LMS and then when I stopped by to check out progress before picking it up I was like "no, no, no(!) -- mat black here and there!..." And then he said he couldn't do it since he already mistakenly hit it all with LMS. Idk if that was BS or not, but I ended up with a glossy black like I got. Just curious. Looks good!

Thanks! I paid a ton for a custom 3M clear bra for the V2 front bumper (for being the first) -- now it should be in their template databases (and cheaper). Sometimes I think that is the only thing still holding my FRP V2 bumper together still -- LOL! Worth every penny IMO; you can't even tell its there. Unfortunately tho, I need to get the clear bra on my hood removed and a new one installed; it did it's job, just too many stone-hits from trucks, SUV's and from the track has it marked and nik'd up in a few places. No paint damage, so that's good. But anyway, thanks...
