Soft Top Gap
When you guys put your soft top up, is there a 1/2 inch gap between the soft top and the body of the car, behind the wind deflector?
I look back when it's closed and it doesn't seem like it's completely sealed tightly. I'm not sure if it's normal but I don't get any water dripping in.

are you refering to the gap you see when sitting inside the car with the top up and you look back at the black plastic cover behind the deflector? If so, that plastic piece should not be touching the car itself and there is a gap, about 1/2 inch seems right. I'm not sure what the design thought was behind that idea (other than saving the paint) but that's normal for every roadster I have seen.
Hope that helps.

Yeah, that was what I was referring to. There is a 1/2 inch gap. I guess it is normal. But I'll still go to the dealers and check out another Roadster for my conscience.
Thanks for the info.
I had the same concern when I bought my ZR. I took it to the dealer and he assured me the space was there on purpose (so as not to mar the finish). I will agree with you that it sure doesn't look as thought it belongs.
