Default Chrome Rollbar Cover

I just got my Roadster Touring a few days ago and thought it would look cool if I could put a chrome cover on the rollbars. Has anyone even seen this done or know where to find something like that?

I've never seen it done. Some guys have painted them to match their car.

I have not seen one but I am sure it will look real good. Just do it, individualize.

Bubble has it blue. I thought about it but I like discreet black plastic. Looks to much like an Audi TT IMO. It looks bad *** on a Miata though.

it would be a custom job to have chrome cover over the roll bar. Or you can custom pain it like i did

Bubble, your custom roll bar paint job looks fantastic!!! Did the paint shop have any trouble removing the plastic roll bar cover to paint on the bare metal? I have a red roadster and I'm thinking of a brushed aluminum look like the door handles. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know how the chrome look will be on vinyl. Best thing to do is match paint with red. It will be the best IMO.

The body shop didn't have any problem to remove the whole thing out.

Exactly what company are you talking about? Do you have a website?

Those covers look pretty cool, but the picture doesn't give us much to go on. Does anybody have more detailed pictures?

What do the roll bars look like underneath the plastic external covers? If they are metal tubes underneath, maybe they could be finished off with a chrome or brushed aluminum finish more easily as well as giving a true metal roll bar look.
