I dont like ANY of it. Not a single thing looks good to me. I think they are making the z look like the new eclipse *throws up*

 

Hmm? Wonder if I can buy parts off a 06 & put them on my 03. The only thing I like are the interior improvements on the doors. Not really feeling anything else. The true projector is good as well as the LED taillights but I think they really did a bad job on the overall layout. I think they could've dont a better job in that aspect. Perhaps they should've just blacked it out for us already. That would've been sweet even with this layout.

 

hmm... the LED lights are the only neat things.. and perhaps the "upgraded" interior. guess i didn't miss out on much by getting an 04!

Looks like someone took an 03-05 Z to Auto Zone or Pep Boys and slapped some junk all over it in suble ways. Yuck. That front end now looks really bad. That stupid dip in the lip reminds me of a person sticking their tonge out. Sad thing is, I bet the 06 Z feathers tires just like the 03-05. hahaha Ill pass. BEN

i guess now it looks "cuter"... maybe more hot girls will pick it up and we'll see a drastic improvement during next year's meets

 

Love the new tailights, will deff be picking up a set of those when they are available.

 

I Like the Front Lip and the LEDs.. Cant really say much about the interior, looks like the one in my 04.5 ZR..

Not too bad.. Ill get used the the headlights.

 

The Headlights are ugly, looks like a fish out of water. The taillights aren't bad, maybe they'll grow on me. Not feelin' any of the other updates. I'll have to see it in person to make my final judgement.

I like the rims. I wonder if it has the 300Hp engine standard, if it did, I'll trade in my 05 for an 06. Well maybe trading is out of the question.......

 

doubt they put in a engine with less torque on a car that is heavier.

I want the led taillights too...but IMO they should have went with a round strip of LEDs instead of a cluster...looks kinda like zits..

 

Could the dip in the front lip be so a lic. plate can fit above it?

this car makes me feel 2 different ways

1 being that I'm glad I bought my car while I did and not getting an 06

2 being that I'm kinda pissed at nissan. With all the major things that need to be addressed on the Z, they spend their R&D money on that crap? Seriously? WHY does the Z need a redesigned headlight, tail light, door panel, grill, minor interior crap?

WHY not have a Z with no tire feathering, better transmission, stronger rods/rod bolts, better tires, better paint, wider wheels, redesigned intake manifold or upper plenum, more hp/tq just to list a few things?

They're just toying around now working on things that DON'T matter

I feel really bad for people buying a new 2006 model when they could have bought a 2003-2005 model and get a car that's 98% as good for 70% the price

 

I LOVE the headlights, and i bet the fully enclosed projector will give off the color changing HID look of the S2k. Gotta pick me up a set of the headlights AND LED tail lights, no questions asked. The front bumper is not as good though, the indent in the middle is like an after thought.
