Default Top Latch Problem

When I latch the top down, the hooks on the left and right sides catch the rubber/plastic housings that hold the bars that the hooks clamp onto.

See image (a little blurred, but I think yoju will get the idea)

Any ideas on this? I'm going to have it checked out next week with my oil change. Does not look serious and is probably one of things best left alone.

Sorry if this sounds dumb on my part, but do you actually stop the movement of the top by letting go of the close bottom so the roof stops about a foot or so before the top of the windshield? Thanks

I believe there is a TSB on this, my dealer fixed it in about 30 minutes.

Thanks, I found it. It's number 03104. The only thing is that it's the only service bulletin that you cannot view. At least I have the number and will bring it to their attention.

Thanks again
