I am not only fairly new to this forum, but I am also a newbie to the Z world. My only previous experience with the Z was driving one for a short time, one evening, 25 years ago. I have a few questions: First, what does "Fairlady Z" refer to? See? I told you. I don't know anything. Second, my intended purchase is touring, ulta yellow with charcoal leather. If I decide to add an aftermarket spoiler(Stillen) will it be easy to match the color? I have no intention of getting the nav system. So, third, what other use can that space be put to? Fourth, any suggestions?

 

welcome to the boards. type in search function for "fairlady Z" there is a sticky thread on the topic. Paint should be easy to match. and that cubby is useless unless you put a aftermarket screen in there.

Get the car first. Everything else is secondary.

 

fairladyz refers to the jdm name. it is not called the 350z in japan. it is the nissan fairlyady z. the compartment fits me wallet, ezpass, some mints, and anything else is a little tight. you can get a good price on the 05's because of the new 06. unless you wnat an 06 with changes are small but apparent. search for that thread too.

 

1. - Fairlady Z - Japan version of the 350Z
2. - Stillen is a good aftermarket spoiler (yellow should not be hard to match)
3. - Compartement is good for garage opener, my oakleys, wallet, and cell phone.
