Invoice Prices???
So im looking at purchasing an 05 ZR. A nissan dealership near my house just cannot get rid of Z's. They have almost 20 05 Z's in stock. With 06's around the corner (also me know theyre having a bad month in sales) I asked if he would cut me a deal. He's offering me any Z on their lot for invoice prices.
1. How do I know if what he's telling me is an invoice price?
2. Do you guys have invoice prices/ examples so I have something to base his prices against?
3. What would be a good deal on a 350z Roadster Enthusiast? No additional options?
All Im really looking for is a base 6spd 350zr.

Invoice pricing..
I checked Edmunds.com and Carpoint.com for invoice pricing when I bought my Roadster in April. One of the sites, I don't remember which, also shows what people typically paid. I don't know the source of that though.
I think either site will show you what factory incentives, special financing, etc. is available. I believe I read that the "05 Z's had a $1,000 dealer incentive. If that's the case, you should be able to buy for $1,000 below invoice.
When I appoached my dealer on my Roadster, he told me what his invoice was and it matched perfectly with what I found on the internet. That made me feel a lot more comfortable dealing with him.
Good luck.

I am looking everywhere for invoice prices on 2006 Track Z in Interlagos fire
I can't find anything. from the website it looks I will have to pay $35.500 plus tax, .....
the invoice would sure help to get the best price, but what is this deal with the percent? I am open to hear all options to deal with.

I posted the below in the buy lease/forum last week....Describes my buy experience for a 2005 Ent...Roadster.
Hi Folks,
A I spent time lurking here before I bought, thought I would share my purchase details for those still looking...bought a 2005 Roadster Enthusiast with auto, 18" wheels, side air bags and the other basic options for $33,600 in MD. Price included Destination/Trans and a $100 processing fee....Will register and pay taxes in NC...still working in NO VA, but moving south soon. Did all this over the internet as I was living in Germany,(no, did not bring anything back...euro/dollar rate still sucks). Needed the Z bad and based on my limited time/research, was happy with the deal.
Have driven the car for about a week (200 miles) and experienced my first run in with the TPMS this morning. Was about a mile from the house when the warning indicator came on...Panicked, stopped and checked tires...No visible flat....added a few pounds of air to each to reach 35 PSI..drove a mile or two, and indicator went out. Have not had a chance to research capabilities/limitations of the TPMS, so not sure if I have a tire or system problem.
Great forum!
