Default Care of Top

I've owned my '06 magnetic black ZR for a few weeks. It's the first drop top I've had in many years. What are the general thoughts on cleaning and treating the top? Any specific recommendations will be appreciated.

By the way, this is one terrific car.

Thanks.

Ken

Dish soap is a great way to clean you top. For bird droppings and wax. But one thing i been looking for is something to treat the top with so it doesnt look faded if you guys know what i mean.

I tried RaggTop on mine and it looks nice. I used the fabric formula, the one for vinyl makes it a bit too shiny for my taste.

Default Z Top Care

The Z roadster's top is essentially a vinyl product. The composition of the top was a source of much concern for some time, but the concensus now is that it is indeed vinyl.

I and several of my acquaintances who own roadsters with the Z top's composition use Wolfstein's "Raggtopp Cleaner for Vinyl and Fabric" followed by an occasional application of "Raggtop Vinyl Protectant." For further details go to www.wolfsteins.com.

For general and specific detailing information, the best site I've found is
