I have the AC quite a bit with the top down. I never drive in 100+ heat with the top down.

AC on with top down when its hot is a must. But if it is over 85, I put the top up, it way too hot.

I never run the A/C with the top down - if you can't stand the heat, put the top up. It's bad enough losing gas mileage and performance with the top down... fire up the A/C, too? No thanks.

Am I the only person who thinks if you drive a convertible with the top down and the windows up, you're a p\/ssy and you should've gotten a moonroof instead?

Grow up and worry about something important.

I run my roadster with the top down and the air on when it's really humid. It keeps you from sticking to the seats.

Lemme get this straight - you log on to a public forum full of opinions, read a post with my opinion in it, and you determine in your infinite wisdom that I need to grow up? Did I strike a nerve to elicit a response concerning my maturity? Do you ride in a convertible with the top down and the windows up? Are you afraid your hair is going to get messed up? Perhaps your eye mascara gets into your eyes when it's too windy?

I don't recall saying anywhere in my post that I was worried about the importance of such a weighty matter as whether or not windows should be up or down when the top is down in a convertible. If you have an actual point to contend, then by all means, post your rebuttal. An ad hominem attack is unnecessary, and in my mind places you squarely in the category you attempted to place me - that of immaturity.

Grow up and don't worry about what somebody posts in a public forum.

Put the windows up on the expressway if you like - with the ac. keeps things abit cooler and allows a bit of converstaion with your significant other.

Why not?

That's why new cars have warrenties.

The Z has one of the most capable A/C systems of any car i have ever owned. I suggest you have it checked out.
