Default ZR and Nismo Exhaust = Fantastic

Yesterday went to Oak Ridge by Route 92 from Lenoir City for those near me that have driven the road. It has twisties and straights as well and you can put the Z through its paces. The feel and sound as you power out of corners and downshift entering is as intoxicating as the speed. Doing this with the top down only makes it better. Now of course this is a biased opinion but as nice as the coupe is, unless you track your Z, The ZR is a fantastic ride. Now that I have given the props to the ZR. I want to find a sports coupe for my daily driver. As of right now I guess i am looking at the 06 Z and RX-8. Hope to fing one next spring once the 07 have hit the lots.

I would get a more practicle daily driver, it will make you appreciate your ZR even more when you drive it on weekends...

I use a FX35 for my daily driver..

I,ve got an old beat up Nissan Hardbody as well as my girlfriends 2 SUVs if I just have to have practicality for a day. I figure a G35 C or the RX-8 with the back seat is about as much practicality as I will need. I will be trading or more likely selling 2 to buy 1

my buddy just bought an RX8, and there are so many recalls on that thing already. Plan on buying stock in an oil company. I'd get a G35

G35 and the RX-8 both sound like pay me extra now or pay me extra later.

I want a car with a 1/4 mi under 15 tics, handles well, RWD drive or AWD and is a 2003 to 2006 and will cost between 17k to 28k out the door. The G is most likely pricr out, but other than the 3 car mentioned above, I have shot all the car I can think of to consider.

I need more oomph. I have been riding all summer with something pushing me in the back. So I am looking for a coupe that I can get around 21K give or take. I figure I will try and sell vehicles over the fall\winter, wait for next spring and hopefully find me an 06 Z still left on the lot.

Barring the new car purchase the following is a list of possibles to add to the list to sit in the garage with the roadster.

Z
RX-8
Mustang GT
GTO
