Default class action law suit

brown's arlington nissan sold me a 350z roadster with two pin holes and are refusing to replace the top...i'm done with trying to work it out, i've read many threads and it appears that pin size holes are common on the o4 roadster. if you are interested in joining me...please reply. thanks.

Just take it to another dealership, they should replace it under warranty... Or contact Nissan direct, if all else fails then do your class action lawsuit..

Not if he's out of warranty. My '04 is out of warranty now.

It will be interesting to see what happends as all the '04 warrantys run out. Like I said I'm out of warranty but my top is still under warranty until July next year (because it was replaced in July this year). But if the top rips next year in september then I'm screwed.

I can see more of these class action lawsuits taking place in about a year or so. I hope you get good support for this. Nissan needs to get the message.

Try your local TV station, to create an awareness....some stations have reporters that do investigative reports to help & protect the consumer.

What pin holes are there? I don't think you should expect a cloth roof to last forever, and actually I'd consider the top part of the body warranty, not bumper to bumper.

Class action means a group, and that usually means a lawyer makes money and you get a $10 gift certificate.
