I have a 2005 ZR and have an opportunity for someone else to pay for an upgraded HU in my car. Only problem, not sure which unit to get and antennae mount on trunk. Nissan doesn't offer upgrade kit for ZR, just the coupe, and to be honest, I like the current 6-CD changer setup with the Bose. Any help will be appreciated.

PS. Not looking to break bank on this, theoretically someone else is paying for it-but eventually it will come out of my pocket I'm sure.

 

Don't mount any antenna on the trunk, mount it under the panel in front of the gauges. There is a little pocket there that will hold it perfectly. I have mine there with the receiver under the panel in the glovebox. Unless, I showed you, you'd never know I had it in the car.
