Unhappy Roof problem on Roadster

Hi,
Can anyone help? Since I bought my roadster from new, the rook mechanism appears to jam about three-quarters of the way through the opening process. If I work it up and down a few times it usually frees up and goes down properly. I think it's a physical problem but my mechanic is convinced it's related to a faulty switch in the control unit. Has anyone else out there had their roof stick like this?

Thanks,
Snakey

Haven't had such problem... However, you should take it to Nissan and have it looked at and possibly fixed under warranty.

Don't mess with things that can be fixed for free by the people that USUALLY know what they're doing. If you mess it up more, you could be out of luck.
