Hi,
Wanted to know if all the body panels such as rear quarters/fenders, or the rear bumper etc have unique id based on VIN or something that can identify as the original part? How to find if the body panel was replaced. I am specifically looking for rear bumper/trunk cover id?

On the Z, I haven't torn it apart to be able to tell you, but on my last car, a Chrysler Sebring vert, the last six of the VIN was on every body panel, and even went on some of the major parts of the interior as well. I can't see the Japanese being that far behind.
