Basically when you have your parking lights on the blue LEDs will light up. When you use your turn signal or if you have your hazards flashing the LEDs will alternate from blue to Amber. During the day (when you don't have your light/parking lights on) they will only flash the ambers LEDs when you use your turn signal. Looks like they only sell them now in yellow and amber.

I freaking got pulled over today!!! 65 in a 50 zone. 3 points and a 117.00 ticket!!!! now i have 6 points on my liscence for a ticket last year!!! i told the cop i didnt kno i was going fast n i didnt mean to....he didnt give a sh*t...told me not to press so hard on the gas next time!!!!!!
