I’m in Australia and I want to get my 2004 Z Roadster’s windows tinted.
I got a quote from Tint-a-car for Bolle (as in the sun glasses) Automotive Window Tinting for a bit over $500.00.

Does anyone know the Bolle Tint finish?

Is this a reasonable price for tinting?

Do the Z Roadster’s have any problems with the window guides scratching the tint film?

Does the Roadster come standard with any tint on the windows?

 

I had a local place here charge me $45USD to tint my side windows and a upper tint strip on my front window.

No problems with side windows at all.

 

mine was $175USD for sides and rear hatch

 

$170 for dark tint on sides and rear window...

$500 sounds rather steep...

 

mine was $120CAD and they did an awesome job...

 

Mine was $175 with sides and rear with 25% metal tint as well as the 50% front windshield. 500 dollars sounds way high for here, but Australia may have different cost.

 

Thanks guys think you are all right, way high on the pricing. I have checked around and have been told the Bolle thing is just a gimick.

Have found a good tint place for 2550

 

I got mine done for $100 us sides and hatch window...

 

$500 IS a rip off. I got l tint for $200 and i still paid too much altho they did an awesome job so i'm not complaining

 

they quoted you $500 in usd money?

 

I got charged 100 to take off the old tint and to put window tint on everywindow. And thats with a life time warranty.
