Default XM Radio

I think I saw where someone here installed a factory XM radio in the ZR but I can't find it now. If you are here just how did you do it? I know you need the cable from the radio to the receiver but is that something you can get from Nissan? Mine is a 07 and I really don't want to take things apart just to see if its there. I was just going to add a Roadie or something but really would like to have it all factory if possible and not crazy expensive.

Thanks
Gary

Default Radio

Thanks for the information. I have the Touring model. I read somewhere (may have been here) that there was a place in the passenger kick panel area that the receiver would fit. If so then that would be a good location (close to the radio). Mine is a 07 and I don't see a place for the GPS antenna like my 04 had. I was planning on putting the antenna right behind the gauge cluster (center of the windshield). I did that with the 04 and the XM Roadie and it worked pretty good. Looks like I may have to pull things apart just to see what I do have already.

Thanks
Gary

Default Sirrius in 07 Roadster

I've been trying to get some info from Gruppes re: installing the factory Sirrius module on my 07 Roadster Touring, tied into the Bose system.

Did you use the factory Sirrius module? Using just an extention harness, I'm assuming I'd still need to remove everything you mentioned to access the back of the radio and for routing of the cable?
