Exclamation help!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

so i def blew out my stock bose system in my roadster... and i dunno if its the amp or the sub or wat... but bose sucks anyway =]

soooo... i want to install a completely new system without screwing over my trunk space. i was thinking about buying the kicker cvx10 and just taking out the stock bose 10, and just screw it in, but....

i dont know if it has enough room to work properly! =/

somebody help!!!

also... how do i get to the amp? do i have to tear everything out of the trunk? =/

put them in one of the the luggage slots behind the seats and where your spare tire goes...ditch your spare!

and check out the audio threads for your how-to Q's

gonna do it yourself or take it somewhere?

im gonna do it myself...

and no, not in the trunk... all i want is one sub to go where the bose sub went...

its gonna be the kicker cvx10 wich has 1200watt peak and 600watt rms... thats plenty for me lol....

maybe later on down the line i'll get rid of the glove box jus like they showed in the link above... but not just yet =]

but if.wen i do.. its gonna be another cvx10.... i was jus curious as to wether or not anyone knows if there is enough room to jus detach the bose and add the kicker... like depth and all that?

Depth I imagine there will be, but without some sort of seal enclosure, expect it to sound like crap. Use the Wicked CAS box.

Yeah it's a lot, but it's getting great reviews. And I believe it is ONE enclosure. You can choose which side you want to put it on. GL

Haha, It's a lot, and I'll eventually get around to doing it but music isn't at the top of my priority list. I have heard of other people dynmatting the entire cubby area to attempt to seal the area. Either way, go check out the audio forum and see what other options there are. This always seemed to be the easiest and cleanest solution to me.
