Default Factory Paint Job

I have a 2004 Roadster in Daytona Blue with 18,000 miles on the clock. I wondering if there are owners out there in cyberland who are experiencing the same challenge I'm having with the paint job. Being a low milage car it seems to have an unusualy high amount of chipped paint marks on the front and on the hood. Is any one else experiencing the same wear? To date I've not seen any Z's with the protective film package and I've not seen the same damage that I'm getting.

Anyone know if there is any recourse one could take to get this corrected? Any suggestions?

Incidently, I still haven't stopped grinning since I bought the car last Feb 2007...what a blast and man can that car drift and hook-up with authority!

Thank you in advance guys

There have been lot's of complaints and posts about this. Someone even suggested a class action lawsuit.
I guess the only suggestion I can make is get get the front repainted then get the Clear Bra installed. Clear Bra runs about $8-900.
Personally I went with a vinyl bra which doesn't cover the hood as much as I'd like but it does help. Cost was about $100.
