Today I signed the paperwork for a 2004 Silverstone ZR touring with 39K miles. I got a 5 year/100,000 mile warranty that covers everything as well. It has the orange/black interior. The ZR has everything but the NAV. I got a great deal on it and figured I could always go aftermarket later.
The ZR is getting shipped from Orlando, FL to Garden City, KS. I will hopefully have it next weekend! When I get it I will post up some pictures. I can't wait. I will finally be able to give a good opinion on the many S2000 vs 350Z posts.
Glad I can now be an owning member!

Thanks I am really excited. I hope the weather is nice when it comes in. I may just have to wear some extra clothes and put on the butt warmers to take a quick top down cruise. I will get some pics when it gets here.

Thanks can't wait for the warm weather also. I am excited about going to some group meets too. I think the Kansas area is having one in April. Should be a nice time to break in the Z

Haha well I joined the forum in Jan 08. I wanted to get some opinions before I did anything. I searched the site and talked to a lot of people. I plan on keeping the ZR for a long time! I used to have an S2000. I sold the S2000 for a twin turbo Mitusubishi 3000GT VR4. I just didn't get the excitement from the TT that S2K gave. I just sold the VR-4 and have always loved the Z. After showing my wife pics and vids of the ZR she thought it made the S look plain. I think I am going to love daily driving the Z instead of the S. The S was a fun car when you can get on it, but driving around town doesn't give you enough road space to get the rpms up to really liven the engine up.

I thought about flying down and just driving it back. But after adding up flight, gas, hotels, and taking off work, it is about even just to have it shipped. Luckily it is door to door shipping, on the same truck the whole way, and insured.
