Has anyone ever found a good way to fix car door dings on the wheel well of the fender?

 

I have a ding behind my door, in front of the back wheel, below the tonneau cover. They door ding guy said he couldn't remove it unless I paid the labour to have a bunch of interior parts removed.

 

I had a dent in the same area. I had a local dent removal company repair it and it is completely gone. They drilled a small hole in the rear wheel well and inserted their tools to tap out the dent. When they were finished, they plugged the hole with a rubber plug and sealed it with silicon. Took about 1/2 an hour and costs about $120.

By the way...I drive a 2004.5 in Silverstone with the orange, vented seats.
