Ok so here are some pix of what ive been doing so far..
rear bumper is done! cover is at the paint shop.
damn wires going to the fans and some other stuff are cut...thats the only major thing so far..
they also cut the AC lines..one is ok as its short and goes right to the AC pump but the other one is a long *** one going to the firewall. That was a pain in the *** to replace. But its done now!
The front end is starting to come together as well..
i only get about an hour or so each day to work on it so its kinda going slow, as soon as i get the body parts back from paint the car should start looking like a car.

It doesn't look that bad at all. It's all bolt on work only. I've but strip cars together before. One of trhe best deals I got was bought an integra (strip like the op z)in 1996 for dirt cheap ($2000) and put it all back together for another ($2000). Some A-holes stole it after a few months and insurance paid out $10-$12K.
Good find bro and nothing like a project to learn the in and outs of a Z.

Don worry about the wire harness being cut. You can buy a complete wire harness from the JY (junk yards) for $100 - $250. Tell them to through the AC lines as well. Most JY sell the Long Blocks with out the wire harness. So they are a number of them left in the JY.

Way too expensive to order that way..its better to repaint used parts.
