I fianally got my roadster back. Eight weeks to repair. 10,000 in damage. Took for test drive. Too much wind noise. I can hear the next cars radio. Also low pressure is on. Tires have correct pressure. Then to make matters worse I hit , I hit a pothole. Scratched the sides of the bumper under the car. Can tell only if you get down and look under the bumper. I guess use touch up paint for the scratches. Some are deep that you can see the black on the bumper. Any Ideas on how to properly repair the bumper scratches. Also has anybody had the bumper defects repaired by a body shop? Has any body had the front cover replaced which contained the scratches and how much it would cost?

If you are talking about the front bumper: figure $500-$600 for a OEM replacement from the body shop installed. You could just get a lip to cover the lower end of the bumper and thus the scratches.

But... if you can only see them when you get down and look up under the bumper, then who really cares - it's just going to get scratched again...
