1.I have trouble lifting up my seat.It will lean down, but it won't go up?Can anyone tell me the problem?Broken motor?fuse?Will the warranty fix it?I just bought it used 3 mos ago.05 red cov touring model.Only have 13k on it.

2.I already turn off the air.PLaced it on auto but sometime it just came on and than off for no apparent reason.Even after i turn the air off?Any guess on that?

 

Mine has done that (had trouble with the switch) but not the "haunted seat goes up by itself" thing.

I'd wager the contact patch on the switch is damaged, worn or has crumbs or junk that has fallen in there from the previous owner. You'd be amazed where french fry salt can get into.

I'm sure it's out of warranty. It's always worth asking.
