Which to buy....Coupe or Roadster??
Well, I cant decide which one to get...the coupe or the roadster. I've only seen the coupe in person, and love it. From the pics, the roadster looks pretty hot.
I've never had a convertible and I think I would love the feel of it.
What are everyone's thoughts on this?
thanks

everyone on this forum who has seen the roadster with top up has said it didn't look bad at all.
The roadster would be more rare on the street, but you will be missing security feature like VDC and well... a roof.

I have seen the two roadsters. a DB and silverstone. The DB was very nice looking and i like the idea of having a convertable. but with the top up it looks all out of wack. i like and am used to the sharp sloping curves of the coupe and when i see a round soft top, it just doesn't go with the rest of the car. If you are looking for a luxury car than go with the roadster. if you are looking for a sports car go for the coupe.
In my opinion , if i wanted a convertable i would look for a diffrent car than the roadster. more like a benz, or bmw.

coupe. does the convertable have a heated rear glass? I dont think it does... and Id imagine that would be a plus up there. heated side mirrors on the track might also be helpful to you. and the better insulation from a hard top.
unless this is only a car for like your 4 months of summer, and garaged for the winter then get the convertable.

yeah, i was leaning more towards the coupe....coupe it is!
Next question though.....should this car be driven in the winter? My last car I didnt drive in the winter either, but with the Z, my payments will be much higher and it would suck if I would have to park it for 6 months out of the year.

I live in Kelowna and drove my coupe last winter and it was fine with 4 snows around town. I wouldn't take it out on trips on the highway. I believe you buy a car to drive it so drive it all year with the right tires and weight in the back. About the coupe or roadster, after driving the coupe since last October I am getting a roadster Sept. 1st. To many coupes on the road now and I want the new fresh look. I saw a roadster last week in Vancouver and it is so sweet top down (A+) and even top up in my opinion(B+). The way I look at it is what do yoy like better the roadster or coupe in a Audi TT? Which ever you like the best in the TT you will most likely like in the 350Z.
