Does anyone know where I can find a driver's side mirror (just the glass) for the roadster, convex? There was one on ebay, the install looked very easy! Replaces the oem glass. I went back later and could not find it.

I believe it would help eliminate the blind spot!

Hi Major,

While the convex mirror will help the blind spot, it WILL NOT eliminate it. Please don't rely solely on your mirrors when changing lanes or merging into traffic. You won't get the whole picture unless you make good use of the swivel mounted between your shoulders and your head. I can't tell you the number of times I've sat beside someone in freeway traffic and watched them glance at their mirror and then move over anyway.

I am assuming the mirror would help, but you are right! I used to drive a school bus when I was in high school and the blind spot would really bother me!

This mirror is about $100.00, if the price goes down I might pursue it, I believe it was $49.00 on ebay.

i just placed my order with the link you provided. it will cost $80 australia dollars. so it is $52.2628 US dollars. that is a good deal i think. it seems like it will take about 3 weeks to arrive.

right now i have those little round convex mirrors stuck on at the edges of my mirrors. they kind of throw me off. too bad they didnt have a mirror for the passenger side as well.
