Just a quick intro to the forum; I'm new to the Z, but not to Nissan. I traded my 02 Maxima SE 6spd in for the Z Roadster yesterday. We already have an 04 Maxima SL. Previously had 01 AE Max, 03 GLE Max, and a 93 SE Max.

I'm loving this car, but the stiffer ride is getting to my back...let's hope it is temporary. Haven't had the top up yet except for when it is sitting in the garage overnight. I'm just now experiencing what some of you have been enjoying for a year in the Z car. This thing is getting gobs of attention...even envious remarks from 2 guys I ran into at the gas station in their new S2000...they couldn't stop talking about and admiring the roadster. Pretty cool since I was looking at an S2000, also, but the Honda dealer didn't want to give me anything for my Max. Went across the street and drove home in the Z, which is what I really wanted, anyway!!!

Well, I'm a frequent poster and you all will get to know me well. I've laready ordered a pop charger...ran these on the Max's. I can't wait to get into mods...not extreme, just practical and functional.

Anyway...gotta go, but will be back. Oh, my user name in the Maxima.org forum is Maxmann for any other former max owners. The last name is Mann, so Zmann, Maxmann...kind of works out good for me (grin).
