My intent on asking this question was not to solicit bragging about speed but to learn more about the roadster.

Like all cars, it can go the speed limit on any road with the top up or down. It can also bounce off the limiter if you're a maniac. I drove 2 hours at about 85 with the top down. But since the sun was setting I got burnt on one side of my face and not the other. I looked like a friggin Batman bad guy.

I got by the sun.

I ran through a deserted spot in Montana in the early morning at about 155mph. It takes a lot of road to get over 130 or so. . . Top-down - all was quiet.

I've gone about 130 on the track with the top down.

120+ both. Seems to do better with the top down. Less drag, I guess -- the opposite of what I would have thought!

Jesus, what track are you going to that you hit 130?

Not much over 100. Scared of getting a ticket. Going fast with the top down is a rush.
