I am taking delivery on an '06 red roadster next week. 6-Speed with 18" wheels, leather, etc. Got a sweet deal on the car, and the dealer is having the front bumper painted and some areas behind the wheels touched up where some knicks are. Looks like it had some rough highway miles along the way. Probably a lease vehicle.The dreaded "door handle scratches" are on the drivers side, and it is being replaced also.

Soooo, I am hoping she will be looking VERY good when I pick her up. Drove 5 hours to test drive. I am trading in my 2000 Vette on this. While I will miss the awesome motor of the Vette, I look forward to the "flickability" of this car and the higher rev ranges.

Back in college I owned an '86 Z and then an '87 Turbo Z, so it's kinda nostalgic for me. Sometime in the next few weeks, the mod bug will bite!

The last time I visited Danville, VA I was in my red '87 Turbo. My brother was an engineer at the Contindina (Nestle) plant.
