I installed The Robbins cloth top using your instructions. I would not even have attempted it without your detailed pics.
Everything went smoothly. Thank you

How'd your Swap go? Sorry I wasn't able to help out... Working full time and going to school full time doesn't allow much playtime! Your welcome to everyone who has thanked me! I'm just glad to help out the 350Z community!

Looks great bro! Glad it went smoothly! I tried to capture every step to avoid frustration for everyone else.... How did the Robbins Top fit? Robbins is one of the preferred tops by most of the shops I spoke to that do installs... The only reason I went with the other brand is b/c someone was selling it on Craigslist very very cheap... that is also the reason I decided to attempt the install myself...

ZRsaad I saw you went with a cloth top. Is there any reason you chose that materal compared to the Vinyl OEM style?
When you installed your top did you have any issues with it not fully closing up until you got it stretched out? I have heard people talking about this. I don't know if I can tackle this but if I get help I want to know what we can expect.

thanks for the pics jtang03. I just bought a robbins top yesterday from ebay and got it for 375 shipped with overnight shipping you guys have to show me how to post pics I swear I think I have the worst top you have ever seen on a Z. I wanted to know how much some of you have paid shop for the install? Ive done all my bolt-ons on my car and I hated the headers the worst took like 9hrs for me. How does this compare to me installing the headers? Im thinking about following the diy but it seems kinda complicated and like it requires tons of patience which I know I dont have.
