New owner need help on Rims (size) & tires
Hello,
I just got My 2004 350z roadster and looking to purchase rims and tires. It has on it factory 17 inches rims and kumo tires. I drive it daily and love my performance just would like a better looking profile in regards to the tires. I am currently looking to purchase 18 and 19 inch wheels for it.
1. What size tires should I be purchasing?
2. I would like to be able to rotate the tires, so is an offset tire necessary on the 19"?
3. What other things should I be concerned with when purchasing and installing new wheels and tires?
4. Would it be a better idea to simply go with a later model Nissan 350z 18" wheel?
Thanks for all your help.

Welcome and congratulations. 18 inch front and 19 inch rear is good. The number of possible wheel and tire combinations is infinite. Do some reading here about wheel width, offset, tire size and VDC before making a decision.

If you want 18/19 you won't be able to rotate back to front. Remember that tire prices get more expensive as you move up in wheel size, so if you do a lot of daily driving, you may want to consider all 18s. There are 18/19 "take-offs" for sale in the wheel classified section from the 350GT models that look nice and are typically price fairly. Set your budget, then take a look around to see what you like. We can help more with some guidance.
