Default I need help with top not working!!

I have searched (This forum) and nothing came up that I haven't tried so I need to see if anyone knows if the airbags being deployed has anything with the top not working. The seat belts are locked also and will not release. I bought this roadster lightly hit in the front (I am customizing it) and the drivers airbag and passenger airbags are both deployed and I have checked everything else so if you can help I will thank you in advance. Oh, it is an 05

There is a control box under the passenger seat that is responsible for moving the back of the seat forward slightly when top is in motion. Might check to ensure that is functioning.

The seat moves forward, and the bottom of the top unlatches (I hear it clicking) but then that is it. The only reason I thought it might have something to do with the airbags was because the seat belts are pulled tight as a banjo string and they will not release, I had a Mercedes SLK a while back and if you pulled on the seat belts and made them catch the top would not work until you got them to release.. That is why I asked about the airbag.... also does anyone know how to get the belts to release??

Thank You,
Richard
