Hi,
I've got a 2007 350Z Roadster and I'm trying to add Key Fob remote that I've bought online.
I've followed the following instructions but my car's blinkers do not flash twice (at all) and I cannot register the new remote with the car.
1) Lock car using the power lock switch.
2) Insert Key 6 times in ignition within 10 seconds, removing the key completely from the ignition every time.
3) Blinks should flash twich -----> this is where I'm not getting...

I've followed the instructions from ********* wiki as well but same result; the blinkers do not flash and I cannot register the remote.

Please help!

 

just keep trying, use a steady constant pace keep inserting till it flashes i had the same prob eventually i go it after a 10 min of messing around

 

I've tried for 15 mins just now, with constant pace but still nothing..
Is there any other way around this?

 

just keep sticking it in and out untill the signals flash mioght take more then 6 times just keep doing it till it flashes then complete the steps

 

I have done this before. If I remember correctly, there was some fault with these instructions, somebody posted slightly incorrect instructions. Look up for another.

 

I've looked up several other instructions and most of them say insert key 6 times / until the indicators flash.
The only difference is at the beginning of the instructions where some say lock the doors using the power lock button (which only locks passenger side) while others say use the driver's side lock toggle.
I've tried both but still cannot get the indicator lights to flash or be able to register the remote...
Still stuck..

 

Dealer..best option..if you are not getting the correct results.
