RANDY350Z, I agree! This is why Evo-R's carbon fiber Type-S wing is without the base, just has 2 carbon fiber legs.

I also agree. I can't stand the base on the Nismo spoiler. It makes it look tacky.

Angry Roadster Wing

They should take that nasty looking, wing wearing, PPW Roadster and load in onto a C-130 and take it up to about 35,000 feet and drop it into the ocean before some poor sucker gets stuck driving such a vomitus, buttley piece of crap.

I just hope the dealership hid that nasty thing around back before ALL of their car sales went into the tank.

Please leave the 350Z Roadster alone!!!! It is a beautiful car as it is.

Okay lets try to be nice! They simply placed it on the car it is not mounted. He clearly stated that above. Try reading. Sorry if I get defensive, but your being a d*ck to someone just trying to help people out.

I had alot of request's to see what the nismo wing, heck even any wing, looked like on the roadster.

So, as always, I do what I say I will.

Keep it up Jason, I appreciate you showing pics of a roadster with wings. I've got an LS on order and definetly think it needs a wing, maybe a small one. Got any more pics, I would love to see them.

Thanks

We have factory painted OEM Spoilers for the Roadsters.

Ill see if I can find a roadster on the lot with the OEM wing. I know we didnt have any last week but could have gotten more cars this weekend or even today.

Default No sir... I don't like it

Since you asked... I gotta say I don't like it.

The base of the spoiler dominates the rear deck. It make sthe whole thing look lumpy and rough.

I don't really like how it looks either.

Just my $0.02

(Looks too busy on the back. Looks like a tacky rice addon. Sorry, but just doesn't do it for me. Maybe the small lip, with better fitting.)

Ditto

as i recall, the oem wing doesnt fit the roadster because it is designed for the coupe and the contour is not exactly the same so the ends dont sit flush against the body. am i mistaken? i remember a bunch of threads mentioning this before. did you guys modify the wing to fit better? there isnt one specifically for the roadster is there?

i thought i would be interested in the nismo wing on my roadster, but now i think the oem might be a better choice... if there are no gaps.

i really appreciate you posting the nismo wing pics so that we could see what it would look like. it makes it much easier than trying to visualize it in my mind.

it is cool that you guys are so active on the board and are willing to accomodate the member's requests here. i really enjoy doing business with you guys.

Thank you very much for the compliments!

I know I try my hardest to do everything I can to make things easier for everyone.

I wasnt aware of that with the OE Spoiler. I wonder if I can get our race team to fabricate a fiberglass OE type spoiler to fit the roadster...

never hurts to ask

jason,

this is the post i read that i found out the oem spoiler doesnt fit flush on the roadster.

https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....0&pagenumber=2

i would be interested in a modified oem spoiler for the roadster. if i get accepted into ultrasound tech school, then i would have to put it on hold, however. will find out about the school hopefully by next week.

Doesn't work for me. I would like the standard spoiler that is used on the coupe. will one of those work on the roadster?
