Default Value of convertible top motors

I purchased a damaged 350z. The soft top and cage are damaged and I do not want to repair them. I want to just get a hard top when they come out.

So my question is where can I go or what is the best way to remove the top and get the motors out. (the motors work just fine - infact I currently have the top down inside the cover for now) .

If I were to remove the motors what would they be worth?

How much would this reduce the weight of my car?

The top is worthless but the motors should be worth something. Would it be worth the trouble?

There should be two convertible top motors. I would think you could get between $100-$200 for a motor.
