EXHAUST / DUCK tail lip for 350z roadster

Guys pls advise where can i get duck tail lip spoiler for 350z roadster and which is the best exhaust. Can i order them online? Thanks in advance.

I mean which exhaust do you guys recommend. I prefer more bassy notes.
