How many drive their Roadsters every day ?
I know this was covered in the "Coupe" section awhile back, but I would like to see how many owners actually drive their Z everyday to work, recreation, etc! Especially the ones that live in the North and North West (areas that expect snow). I ask this because when I had an S2000, many owners had a "runner" and then an S2000. I had mine as an everyday car. ( about 8 years ago I had both a Del sol and an Eclipse Spyder GST which the Spyder had a body cover and barely driven) I currently own a QX4 and will soon be getting rid of to either get a Roadster or get a Runner like the new MAZDA 3 --loaded real nice and then get a 2005 so it will be my "Toy" maily because I want to add the Rays wheels, Brembos OEM, and the JDM Fujitsubo exhaust w/ Z logo. But I am indecisive right now. I m just currious ---in MD we have already had snow and I still see Z coupes out crusin' around. Any comments would be appreciated!
every day, any conditions! im from detroit, but i live in VA now. i wouldnt consider VA to get BAD weater? my wife has an 03 altima 3.5 that we take if we go out together. she hates the ride in my car!? i dont want a car to nice to drive! dont get me wrong, i love show cars, but if i cant drive it to work every day.... i dont want it!! its only a car, you cant take it with you when you die. might as well enjoy the $h!t out of it while your here!

I live in Minnesota, and I just got my roadster two weeks ago. I don't plan on driving it much in the winter. I have a Jeep for that. As long as the roads are free of ice and snow it handles fine. It heats up quickly too.
I may buy winter tires for it next year.

Mine is a daily driver, except in snow or when the roads are covered in salt.
I take the truck in snow, or when I need to go to home depot / costco/ etc. The roadster is a little lacking in the "cargo hauling" area.

HEHEHE but it holds my golf clubs, and that is all that matters!
Drive my 350Z when I'm on the mainland, in all weather conditions except snow, as we dont' get any. When in the islands I drive a 2001 Prelude.

I put snow tires/wheels on mine, and drive it in the snow. It is fine; no problems whatsoever.

What tires did you go with? Sounds like you have them on a separate set of rims. Maybe you could also share your answer with those of us snow-bound souls on the "Grounded Roadster" Thread. Thanks.
