Is it possible update Nissan Xanavi X6.0 to X7.0?

What are my chooses to update Xanavi X6.0 to X7.0? Can I update firmware with some kind of software? If I buy DVD X7.0 player, will I have problem with installation. I mean are bushes same?

Ya, you can purchase the latest navi map DVD from official Nissan website
(I paid $149 or $169 I forgot...), and the dvd include a manual how to update your map with the DVD on your Z. That's it. I believe you won't have any problems if you follow the steps.
I have 07' touring with navi, and the map was pretty old, so I just changed
it two month ago, and feeling is better. The interface won't change, but just updated the map.

I still didn't fix this problem because I read in other forum Xanavi X6.0 and X7.0 are completely different systems. Please, if somebody can give me more information to write here.
