the trim level can make a difference in opinion too.. (base, enthusiast, touring, etc..)

if its a touring i'd say its a fair price.

This is what it has: doesn't say what trim it is. It is at a dealer so I'm sure the price is flexible

It's the 35th anniversary I believe. The mesh of track and touring.

Orange is my favorite color :-)

if it has brembos then its grand touring or 35th anniversary... or the previous owner added them but is doubtful. although i think the color is hideous.. i would say $15.5-16k is a fair price. you can find 07-08 Z's which have the upgraded exterior, interior, and the more powerful engine for around $16-17k, but it will be the base model more than likely...

all personal preference.

if you care more about the heated/power seats, cruise control, etc... get the touring
but if you would rather have a newer stronger Z without the extras then save a little more for an 07-08 model.

i got my 2008 base model w/ 39,000 miles for $16.7k

Forget about the "good deal" thing.
IMO,a major issue is the color---orange.
Its the kinda color on a car that there is no
in between. You either like it or don't like it.
I hate it on a road car.Love it if its on a track.
Its all personal preference.

Default What it is

Aloha,
It's an enthusiast level lemans sunset (metallic orange pearl) roadster.
The homelink mirror and aluminum pedals are options for this level. Most of the other "features" listed are standard in all trims. 19" rims are after market. 18" was the option available for '05.
Price will depend on the demand where you live. Seems okay, but check around.

Lemans sunset I believe is the color

Trading in a fx35 with 165k miles. Love it but need something with fewer miles and want a sports car again

Yep, what he said. But, if the dealership is asking $16,000 I wouldn't give a penny over $14,000 for it (I guarantee you they have less than $10K in it if they are asking that). At 16K it's still not a bad deal --- but at 14K it suddenly becomes a very good deal, and I guarantee you can get them down to that with minimal haggling.

Good luck!!
