Default Hopefully getting a roadster soon.

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum and am looking for a little advice. I'm currently in the market for a 350z and would really like a roadster. Are there any big issues for me to look for that are unique to the Z roadster? I'm familiar with the 5th bow issue(kind of) but other than it not working is there any tell take signs? Or are there any other things I should be looking out for?

Thanks so much and hope to post the new car on here as soon as (if) I get it!

Unique? Not necessarily. Be sure to inspect the car with the top up and look for tears, separation at the seams, etc. Also be sure to watch the top go up and down.

Other than that, be sure to maintain it with products like RaggTopp and 303. When I have the car parked in my garage I keep the top up at all times.

Good luck.

I too Im the market for a Roadster as well and definitively one of the issues I've seen in the convertibles I have test driven, has been the top not closing properly... Sucks And its of gret importance as I've heard the motor is expensive to fix.

Be sure to do a search here re. the top not closing completely, etc. It's been discussed on here a lot.
