I had posted a thread about my passenger side seat belt deploying on its own for no real reason. I took it into Nissan and had it serviced under the warranty. I had also mention that my dash would be at me a few yards into driving after turning my headlights on.

While that was happening I would come out to my car every once in awhile and my truck would be open. Maybe I might have sex on my remote and pop the trunk and thought nothing of it. but one day I had got in my car after putting my gym bag in the trunk I drove a few miles on the freeway went to look in my rearview mirror and noticed that my vision was blocked by my trunk lid. I know I closed it.

it's beginning to happen more and more I'm starting to realize that it is opening on its own.

I thought Maybe the seat that was a common issue with the 350z but the tech told me that it's only happened 3 times in the last 12 years that he has been aware of. I asked him about the headlight tone he said he had never heard of that. So givien my batting average thus far, I can only assume that according to him i will be the only one that this issue is happening to.

I am really starting to regret choosing a 350z over an s2000.... Can somebody please let me know that I am not alone in this issue and that there is some kind of universal fix for it... (Wishful thinking)
