roadster door replacement
Hi This is my first post on this forum
I have a 2005 roadster automatic and have to replace the nearside door. I have all the fittings from the door in good working order so can i use a hardtop version door as a donor? I am in theUk and roadster doors are not available but hardtoop ones are..can this be used/
Thanks
JohnUKVetteNut ( yes had 2 Corvettes over a 21 year period and old age crept in so now drive a 350Z!)

Welcome John- old age has nothing to do with driving a Z! As for doors, coupe doors should fit just fine. I used Z roadster doors to replace the damaged ones on my race Z!

Thank you for that...just what I needed to hear!
I LOVE Corvettes but a degrading back disc meant i could not get out of the Vette after a long run! It was harsh to drive.
My 350Z roadster is almost as fast as my last LT1 ,94 Vette but is far superior in braking/handling and FUN to drive and my back has not complained once in the 4 years I have owned it!
Auto/roadsters are very rare in the Uk and I personally think they are actually quicker than a manual one in normal drivers hands. I think the track day guys may have an edge but for normal drags lights to lights ( yes we do do that over here to!) auto's using the tiptronic stick to max the revs( just about 200rpm under does it) will match most except the later 300hp+ models.
Safe driving
