?????
I just got my 2007 350z and its time to get new wheels for it to make it look better. I did some research and I am now thinking of getting wheels that are 10.5x18+22 all around with the tire size of 275/35r18 would that be something that would work?
First off, ! would recommend 19" wheels. Average offset would be in range +15-20 front & +20-25 rear. front 245/35/19 & rear 275/35/19....or rear 275/30/19.

Don't get me wrong, I run 19s almost exclusively for the turn-in response because the weight differential between OE and my setups is almost a wash because of the above consideration (forged) and lighter weight tires. Current set-up (Nissan LMGT5) is in the low-mid-40# range per corner (which isn't terrible)...
But be careful, not all forged wheels are created equal.... this set of forged rim/pressure cast center Volks are in the 50# range rears and don't be fooled, the Nismo V3 OEM wheels with Bridgestone S04s are a hefty 55# rear (wheels alone are 29#!)
But my all time favorite setup are 19" LMZ5 Z34 wheels, also shod with Bridgestone S04s. These wheels are a marked improvement over factory issued Z34 Nismo or Sport wheels at a "mere" 20# each, very light for a 19x10. These are also in the low-mid-40# tire/wheel weight range but if I bought lighter tires like my current Toyo Proxes 1s, could probably get them down to straight LOW-40#/corner.
Offset recs are good. but that 275/30-19 tire rec is too short by 0.80" which will almost surely lead to VDC (and possibly TCS) faults. Stick with 35 aspect ratio, 275/35 or 285/35.
