Debadging a roadster - Pictures and a question
I think someone here said that the rear badge on the roadster does not have holes/pins under it?
Can anyone confirm this?
I would like to remove the hamburger from the rear of my SS Roadster for a moother look. But if there are holes back there I don't want this so bad I am willing to pay for bodywork and painting.
Here are a few chops I did to see how it would look. I think it looks SWEEEEET.

I think it looks a LOT better without them.
If it were not for the two hjoles under them they would be off my car right now, but I do not want to paint the entire hatch.
I may however get some kind of wing that covers that area.

Can't confirm, but I don;t know why they would use different emblems for the coupe... seems like it would be more cost effective to go with a uniform approach.
pm Jason@performance, they just had to do significant body owrk on his car. He would know.

ocjared, do you know the build date of your roadster? I was going to debadge mine and replace the front with a Z badge and leave the rear deck clean. My roadster build date was 11/04. Any body know for sure? I've noticed people parked behind me at red lights leaning forward to see what kind of car I'm driving or asking another passenger "what kind of car is that?". Kinda' fun!
