I'm 29. Got my 04 red 350ZR last May. Have been wanting an S2000 since I was 22. Finally decided to pull the trigger on getting a Roadster and after test driving the 350Z next to the S2000 it was 350ZZZZ all the way! Love this car. No regrets. Hope to have it for years to come.
Now if all this VT snow would melt and spring would come around soon then I could take my Z Roadster out of storage.
52 (wife 47) - '08 black Z roadster. It's still mostly stock - my thing isn't to have the most rad car on the road, it's to have a classy, spotless, drop dead glassy finish, "eat-off-the-engine block" clean DD. My wife bought it for me as a retirement gift (30+ years with the Fire Department). We needed to buy something because retirement means no more city-owned car to drive (my other POV is '06 4X4 (black, of course) F-150 @ 13.5 mpg - ouch!) We went to the dealer to look at the Z and right away she fell in love with an '09 Maxima. Looks like the truck is history. MLC? - nah. The kids are on their own and independent (one's a schoolteacher in AZ, one's a Marine in AZ, and the other is married and a full time mommy in SoCal). We're moving to San Diego in May and wanted a vert. We bought the ZR 'cause we can. Some people want to be firemen when they grow up - I say you have to choose one or the other, you can't do both.
60, and perhaps a senior moment! I've had everything from MG midgets to Vettes and an S-2000. Loving beautiful cars never stops. '06 Z roadster (interlagos fire)
19... I bought it used. And traded in my old vehicle for it. So I've almost paid it off. I pay my own insurance too. And I have a fulltime IT job. Dont flame me. Bah!
