Default rear end clunk over bumps?

anybody noticed this? any luck getting the dealer to fix it? it sounds like it's coming from the left side of the trunk... spare tire is tight.. nothing loose in the trunk, but if you drive slowely over a speed bump or something, you'll get a loud *clunk*, like metal on metal slamming together. i took it to the dealer once, and, get this, i got it back and he said i had LOW TIRE PRESSURE. Translation, "our technician is a lazy s.o.b and he had to cut away early for the company slow pitch game"... sure as hell, i took it over one speed bump and it's still there...

any suggestions?
