Default Rear Speaker Swap??

Anyone know how to remove the rear panel to get to the rear speakers on the roadster?

Thanks,
JasZ

follow the instruction in the howto post for the coupe to remove the lower panel.
Remove the head rest from the inside.. then remove the big panel piece that cover the rear speakers.
Careful not to break some latchs... they break easy.

All the panels fold up under each other, so you do not see any screws. You have to start with the roll bar covers and work your way down. Be careful with the roll bar covers, the tabs that hold them together tend to break off.

Thanks for the information. Does anyone have pictures of removing the Roll Bar Covers? Is there a guide for this somewhere?

What exactly do you mean remove the head rest from the inside?

The head rest... you remove the side that is inside that the head touches, not the back side. I meant the front side.

Follow this link and you can see some pictures of how I did it.
The tabs break off easily on the front head rest covers.
Basically I ordered two brand new head rest covers (only the fronts).
