Default 2nd Electrical Outlet in Roadsters

I was at a Z show today and noticed that the later built roadsters and coupes have a 2nd electrical outlet on the right side of the dash to the right of the cupholder. All I have is the outlet behind the console. Has anyone added a second outlet and how did you do it?

I was with mwest at the show today and showed him that my car was made July 03 and I have the second outlet on my car. I though it was kind of odd that his car was made June 03 and doesn't have it.
