All I can tell you is I was able to sit at the same table with the chief designer of the Z a couple of weeks ago at ZCON in Cleveland. Along with other Nissan top brass.
There will be a NISMO 370Z. I already gave the hint on the date in another thread.

All I can tell you is that there will be a NISMO Z. And I did hint to the date you can expect to see it.

well I guess the "nismo 370" will be a 2010 or 2011 model...
I'll enjoy the nismo on the track for AT LEAST one more year :-)

I don't really see the point in having both a track and Nismo model. Actually, I can think of a very good reason NOT to have both. Likely, the track edition is what the discussion at ZCON was referring to. What do you think zsport1?
