sup everybody,

Ive been on the hunt for a supra r154 transmission for almost 2 years being jerked by a canadian import wharehouse JDMPlanet and finaly decided to take a look at a z transmission. thankfuly sombody has done the swap before.

My question is this. my conquest came stock 5spd. and the slave is external. as im learning about the z tranny they are internal. the pictures I see are of oil lines leading somewhere outside of the transmission. Could it be i can just lead the lines to my resivour?

Im sure I have to cut my tunnel as the Z transmission is longer than the r154. Can anyone direct me to a link for the schematics of this transmision? Ive looked on the net for the last three weeks and no real dimentions are posted. thanks

 

have you considered a 350z CD009 transmission?

 

+1 The 350z 6spd tranny is becoming very desirable for 2JZ guys as opposed to the uber expensive v160! GL
